CASE STUDY: Dr Vivek Bindra

He was born in Lucknow on 5 April 1978. He lost his father in his early childhood. Due to some circumstances, he couldn't live with his mother. He spent his childhood with his uncle (chacha) and grandparents.



He was very interested in sports and involved in it along with his education, he can easily relate it with his life. Sports gave him the power to bounce back that gave him the outlet to tackle depressing situations. During his schooling, he was good in some subjects and okay in some. He always got the highest marks in business studies, he had a natural flair about it. When he was of 16 he started home tuitions with a batch of teachers to earn some money because he had a lack of currency to support his study.

He got admission in a university of business studied in London but he couldn't go there as he was financially weak. During his college time, he used to sell dictionaries on roads in the evening. After completing his graduation from Amity university he became a monk for four years because there were no parents and real brother and sister for whom he can make efforts. Thus he started living a brahmacharya life.

He started corporate speaking despite lack of money. In starting when employees visit their small office, they saw no ac and staff and left the office at a time.
Then he understood skilled manpower can't join his company. Only low skilled workers would join temporarily. To fix the employees he had been clean the public washroom and refill the water tanks, only for the sake of employee's sanitation as there was no washroom in the office.



He is very committed to his employees' salary. A massive payment form three corporates were left and he had no money to salary to his employees so, he sold his house for the salary of employees. Now he is India's number 1 business coach and motivational speaker. His company growth rate is 300% annually and he was awarded as 'Game Changer of India Award' in 2019.

Increasing indiscipline among the students

  A teacher plays an essential role in everyone's life. It navigates us to the way of success. it as a very honorable job and a teacher have the power of changing the world. Till the last era, students respect their teachers and obey their commands and lessons at any touchstone. They never counter them and their tutor also supports the teachers of their wards. But nowadays that scenario is vise versed because now students have no respect for their teachers. They also shoot out their mouth and arguing them in an non-respectful way. Sometimes they become undisciplined with them in spite of being frank. According to a law which made a few years ago educators are not allowed to beat the student this is very appreciable but what about the students, if they raise their hands on their tutors.
